Until now, Marker.io has been the easiest way to capture and resolve website issues. But some critical questions were still unanswered:

    • How quickly do we resolve issues?
    • What kinds of problems keep coming up?
    • Is my team keeping pace with the workload?
    • Which projects are healthy, and which are stalling?
    • Can we share progress without overwhelming everyone with spreadsheets?

Today, this changes thanks to our newest feature, Workspace Analytics.

You can now track issue resolution metrics, monitor team performance, and break down issues by project, type, priority, or device.

Let’s dive into how different teams are using this 👇

Overview: Prove your team is keeping pace

Ever had a client or stakeholder complaining that progress is slow? You’re not alone! What they don’t see is the sheer volume of issues coming in. When a thousand tickets get logged in a week, of course it takes time to process them.

Clients will say “Hey, you’re not working fast enough”. So we have to show them: “You guys logged 1000 tickets this week and we evaluated 600 within a day”. Knowing how many tickets came in and were resolved is super valuable. - Nick Floro, Designer & Co-Founder at Sealworks

Starting today, you can put those numbers front and center.

For Project Managers, this is where you prove your team is meeting commitments. Show stakeholders the actual numbers: how many issues came in, how many got resolved, and your typical turnaround speed.

For Agency Owners, use these metrics to justify billing with completed work volume. When clients question your invoices, the Overview dashboard will show exactly how much work you’re processing—and help spot problematic accounts that might need service term renegotiations.

The Overview dashboard gives you a high-level health check of your workspace, with metrics like:

    • Issues created vs. resolved
    • Resolution rates
    • Median resolution times
    • Which projects are generating the most work

It’s your answer to “Are we keeping up?” in one glance.

    Issue Insights: Spot feedback patterns

Not all issues are created equal. Some browsers cause more problems than others. Some projects flood you with urgent blockers, while others only involve small copy tweaks.

For QA and UAT Teams, Issue Insights helps you focus your efforts where they actually matter. You can now easily identify:

    • Which browsers cause the most issues
    • Which devices users struggle with
    • Which screen resolutions break layouts most often
    • ..and more
For us, viewport resolution matters most. Seeing which resolutions generate the most issues helps us focus our testing efforts on where layouts actually break. - Vincent Bézard, Director of Digital Excellence at L’Oréal

For Team Leads, this view makes it easy to see which projects consume the most resources, so you can reallocate before bottlenecks occur. For example, if Project A sees a spike in reported issues over the weekend while Project B stays quiet, you’ll know where to focus your team’s attention.

Finally, for Agencies, it’s a proof of where the workload is coming from. It’s easier to justify billing or renegotiate terms with demanding clients when they report dozens of small copy changes post-launch.

The Issue Insights dashboard breaks down your issues by type, priority, device, browser, OS, viewport, and reporter activity. This helps you answer questions like “Should we prioritize mobile testing?” or “Why do we keep getting issues from the same reporter?”.

    Team Performance: Optimize your workflow

Your team is working hard, but are they working efficiently? Is someone drowning while others have capacity? Are certain types of issues consistently taking longer than expected?

For Team Leads, this view is where you spot problems before they spiral out of control. See who’s overwhelmed, redistribute work, and identify which team members might need coaching based on their resolution patterns.

For QA and UAT Teams, track whether your team’s resolution speed is improving or declining. You’ll also start understanding your best, typical, and worst-case resolution times—which helps set realistic expectations for future sprints.

At the end of the month, having the ability to say “Hey, we had 15 critical issues come through and all 15 of them were completed within the resolution time”… that’s really powerful for us. - Luke Humble, Managing Director at MadeNeat

The Team Performance dashboard shows you workload distribution across team members, resolution speed trends over time, and how different projects, issue types, and priorities impact your team’s efficiency. It’s everything you need to optimize how your team works.
