We store your screenshots indefinitely on secured AWS servers. You can decide at any moment to destroy permanently your screenshots permanently from our servers in your Marker admin.

Who can see and access my screenshots?

Your screenshots are not indexed anywhere on the web. Only people with whom you share public link can access it.

What will happen to my data if I need to suspend my subscription?

Your data will always belong to you. We will keep a record of it for when you decide to reactive your account. If you would rather see you data destroy, email us at

Payment Questions

I need to add more people to our team. How will that be billed?

All plans come with a predefined number of users but if you need to add more users than what your current plan offers, we will invite you to upgrade and calculate on a prorated basis how much credit we need to credit you on your new invoice.

I have a coupon code, how do I use it?

When entering your credit card information, you will be prompted to enter your coupon code, which will immediately be applied.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards as payment method to pay for your Marker subscription. We do not accept PayPal, purchase orders or checks. Everything is securely handled by Stripe.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. You can cancel or suspend your subscription any time.

What is your refund policy?

You’ll be billed immediately after entering your credit card information. However, we offer a 30-day, no questions asked, refund policy. Simply write us at to claim your refund.

What if I need to cancel my Marker’s subscription?

You can cancel, downgrade or suspend your subscription at any time in your admin panel. When you cancel, you will keep your paying subscription active until the end or your billing cycle.

Do you charge taxes

No, with the exception of european residents without a valid VAT number. If this is your case, you will be charged VAT according to the rate applicable in your country of residence.
