What’s the difference between a Seat and a Reporter?
Reporters are usually customers or end-users. Reporters are free and unlimited. They can submit feedback through the Marker.io widget and follow up on their own issues — no account required. Reporters do not have access to your dashboard or project management tools.
Seats are paid licenses for your internal teammates (PM, Dev, QA, Support) or project stakeholders who need ongoing involvement. Seat users have access to the Marker.io dashboard and your connected tools. They can triage feedback, assign issues, comment, update statuses, and collaborate across projects.
How easy is it to set up?
Very easy. You can start collecting feedback by embedding our widget into your website or web app. Alternatively, internal users can report issues from any webpage using our browser extension.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can change or cancel your plan at any time inside your admin panel. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period that you already paid for.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer 4 months for free (-33%) for customers who chose yearly billing. We do not offer additional discounts.
Do prices include taxes?
All prices exclude taxes. Your taxes will be calculated during checkout based on your location. If you're a European VAT-registered company, you may be eligible for VAT at 0%.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment made via credit cards like Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All transactions are securely handled by Stripe. We also offer payment by invoice to customers choosing the Business plan with yearly commitment.
