Usersnap automatically creates new Jira tasks when feedback is reported.
Unfortunately, the integration stops there.
You can choose to automatically close Usersnap issues when they are sent over to Jira, but that's it.
This leaves clients and non-developer teams in the dark about the real status of issues.
While Usersnap tasks contain useful info like browser, operating system and viewport, none of that will show up in the actual Jira issue–only title and description.
Critical information like screenshots, annotations and environment info is missing, forcing developers to juggle between tools for full context.
Custom GitHub fields do not sync with Usersnap at all.
This means issues will lack essential project management details like severity, priority, due date, and labels.
Notify guests automatically when your developer closes an issue in Jira.
Keep client communication organised and stop sending client emails. All conversations will be synced back into your Jira issues.
